Aapko chahiye ki gosht ko saaf aur thande thailon me rakhein. Agar ho sake to paper bags ya kapde ke thailon ka istemal karein. Gosht ke tukde karte waqt dhyan rakhein ki haddi aur charbi ka hissa har packet me barabar ho. Sirf haddi wala hissa garibon ko dena bilkul sahi nahi hai. Eid ul adha ke din ghar me bahut sara gosht jama ho jata hai. Isko sahi se store karna ek bada kaam hai. Agar aap gosht ko sahi tarike se nahi rakhenge to ye jaldi kharab ho jayega aur isme se badbu aane lagegi. Isliye freezer ka sahi istemal karna seekhein.

Sabse pehle, gosht ko fridge me rakhne se pehle thoda thanda hone dein. Garam gosht ko seedhe freezer me na dalein kyunki isse freezer ka temperature bigad jata hai. Gosht ko chote-chote packets me baant kar rakhein. Ek bada packet banane ke bajaye chote packets banana zyada behtar hota hai.

Iska fayda ye hota hai ki bhagdaud me jab aapko khana banana hoga, to aap sirf ek chota packet nikal kar pighla sakte hain. Baaki ka gosht freeze rahega aur kharab nahi hoga. Baar-baar gosht ko pighlana aur fir se freeze karne se uski quality kharab ho jati hai.

Eid ul adha sirf ek tyohar nahi hai balki ye ek sabaq hai dusron ki madad karne ka. Sahi tarike se gosht baant kar aap na sirf apni ibadat puri karte hain balki dusron ke chehron par muskaan bhi late hain.
