Namaz padhna har Musalman ke liye sabse zaroori farz hai. Jab hum namaz padhte hain, toh hum apne Khaliq yaani Allah ke samne khade hote hain. Isliye namaz ko bilkul sahi tarike se padhna bahut zaroori ho jata hai. Bahut se log namaz padhna shuru toh karna chahte hain, lekin unhe har ek step ki poori jankari nahi hoti. Wuzu karne ke baad aapka rukh Qibla yaani Kaaba Sharif ki taraf hona chahiye. Qibla ki taraf rukh karke khade ho jana hi namaz ki pehli shart hai.
Iske baad aapko apne dil mein niyyat karni hoti hai. Niyyat ka matlab hai dil ka pakka irada. Niyyat ke liye muh se bolna zaroori nahi hai, lekin agar aap bol kar niyyat karna chahein toh kar sakte hain. Namaz Padhne Ka Sahi Tarika Step by Step
Ab hum namaz ke asli steps ko samjhenge. Har ek step par dhyan dena zaroori hai taaki aapka posture sahi rahe. Neeche diye gaye steps ko dhyan se padhein aur samajhein.
1. Takbeer-e-Tehreema (Namaz Shuru Karna)
Niyyat karne ke baad apne dono haathon ko kaano tak uthayein. Mardon ke liye ungliyan kaano ki lau tak jani chahiye aur hatheliyan Qibla ki taraf honi chahiye. Aurtein apne haathon ko apne kandhon tak uthayein. Iske baad buland aawaz mein ya dheere se "Allah-hu-Akbar" kahein. Allah-hu-Akbar kehte hi aapki namaz shuru ho jati hai.
2. Qiyam (Haath Bandhna Aur Khade Hona)
"Allah-hu-Akbar" kehne ke baad apne haathon ko bandh lein. Mard apne daayein haath ko baayein haath ke upar naaf ke neeche bandhein. Aurtein apne haathon ko apni chhati par rakhein. Ab aapko seedhe khade rehna hai aur aapki nazar sajda karne wali jagah par honi chahiye. Idhar udhar dekhna bilkul mana hai.
Khade hone ke baad sabse pehle Sana padhein. Sana is tarah hai: "Subhanaka Allahumma Wa Bi-hamdika, Wa Tabarakasmuka Wa Ta'ala Jadduka, Wa La Ilaha Ghairuk". Iska matlab hai ki aye Allah, main teri pakizgi bayan karta hoon aur teri tareef karta hoon.
3. Qira'at (Surah Fatiha Aur Dusri Surah Padhna)
Sana padhne ke baad aapko "A'uzubillahi Minash Shaitanir Rajeem" aur "Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem" padhna hai. Iske baad Surah Fatiha padhein. Surah Fatiha ke aakhiri mein aahista se "Ameen" kahein.
Surah Fatiha poori karne ke baad Quran ki koi bhi ek chhoti Surah padhein, jaise Surah Ikhlas (Qul Huwallahu Ahad). Agar aapko koi aur Surah yaad hai, toh aap woh bhi padh sakte hain. Yeh dhyan rakhein ki farz namaz ki pehli do rakat mein Surah Fatiha ke baad koi dusri Surah padhna zaroori hai.
4. Ruku (Jhukna)
Surah padhne ke baad "Allah-hu-Akbar" kehte hue ruku mein jayein. Ruku mein aapko apni peeth ko bilkul seedha rakhna hai. Apne dono haathon se apne guthno ko pakad lein. Ungliyon ko phaila kar rakhein. Ruku ki haalat mein aapki nazar dono pairon ke beech mein honi chahiye.
Ruku mein jaane ke baad kam se kam teen baar "Subhana Rabbiyal Azeem" kahein. Iska matlab hai ki pak hai mera Rab jo bahut bada hai. Aap isko paanch ya saat baar bhi keh sakte hain, lekin teen baar kehna sunnat hai.
5. Qauma (Ruku Se Seedhe Khade Hona)
Ruku se wapas seedhe khade hote hue "Sami Allahu Liman Hamidah" kahein. Jab aap bilkul seedhe khade ho jayein, toh kahein "Rabbana Lakal Hamd". Is khade hone ki haalat ko Qauma kehte hain. Qauma mein haath khule chhod diye jaate hain aur bilkul sukoon se khada hona hota hai.
6. Sajdah (Zameen Par Sar Rakhna)
Qauma se ab seedhe sajde mein jana hai. "Allah-hu-Akbar" kehte hue sajde mein jayein. Sajde mein jaate waqt pehle guthne zameen par rakhein, phir haath, phir naak aur aakhir mein peshani (forehead) zameen par rakhein. Aapke dono haath kaano ke barabar hone chahiye aur ungliyan Qibla ki taraf honi chahiye.
Sajde mein aapko teen baar "Subhana Rabbiyal A'la" kehna hai. Iska matlab hai ki pak hai mera Rab jo sabse buland hai. Sajda namaz ka sabse ahem hissa hai kyunki is haalat mein banda apne Rab ke sabse kareeb hota hai.
7. Jalsa (Do Sajdon Ke Beech Baithna)
Ek sajda karne ke baad "Allah-hu-Akbar" kehte hue baith jayein. Apne baayein pair par baithein aur daayein pair ko khada rakhein. Apne dono haathon ko apni jaanghon (thighs) par rakhein. Is baithne ki haalat ko Jalsa kehte hain. Jalsa mein thodi der sukoon se baithna zaroori hai, phir "Allah-hu-Akbar" kehte hue dusra sajda karein.
8. Dusra Sajdah Aur Agli Rakat
Dusra sajda bhi pehle sajde ki tarah hi kiya jata hai. Ismein bhi teen baar "Subhana Rabbiyal A'la" kahein. Dusra sajda poora hone ke baad aapki ek rakat poori ho jati hai. Ab "Allah-hu-Akbar" kehte hue bina haath ka sahara liye seedhe khade ho jayein. Yeh aapki dusri rakat shuru ho gayi hai.
Dusri rakat mein aapko Sana nahi padhni hai. Seedhe Surah Fatiha se shuru karein aur phir koi dusri Surah padhein. Baaki saare steps jaise Ruku aur Sajdah pehli rakat ki tarah hi honi chahiye.
Qa'da (Attahiyat Ke Liye Baithna)
Jab aap do rakat poori kar lete hain, toh dusre sajde ke baad khade hone ke bajay baith jate hain. Is baithne ko Qa'da kehte hain. Is haalat mein aapko Attahiyat padhni hoti hai.
Attahiyat is tarah hai: "At-tahiyyatu Lillahi Was-salawatu Wat-tayyibatu, Assalamu Alaika Ayyuhan-Nabiyyu Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuhu, Assalamu Alaina Wa Ala Ibadillahis-Salihin." Jab aap "Ash-hadu alla ilaha" par pahuchein, toh apne daayein haath ki shahadat ki ungli ko uthayein, aur "illallahu" par use gira dein.
Agar aap do rakat ki namaz padh rahe hain, toh Attahiyat ke baad Durood Ibrahim padhein. Durood Ibrahim is tarah hai: "Allahumma Salli Ala Muhammadin Wa Ala Ali Muhammadin, Kama Sallaita Ala Ibrahima Wa Ala Ali Ibrahima, Innaka Hamidum Majid. Allahumma Barik Ala Muhammadin Wa Ala Ali Muhammadin, Kama Barakta Ala Ibrahima Wa Ala Ali Ibrahima, Innaka Hamidum Majid."
Durood padhne ke baad koi bhi Quranic dua ya Dua-e-Masura padhein, jaise "Rabbij'alni Muqimas-Salati Wa Min Zurriyyati Rabbana Wa Taqabbal Dua".
Salam Pherna (Namaz Poori Karna)
Dua padhne ke baad aapko namaz se bahar aane ke liye salam pherna hota hai. Sabse pehle apne daayein (right) kandhe ki taraf apna chehra ghumaayein aur kahein "Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah". Iske baad apne baayein (left) kandhe ki taraf chehra ghumaayein aur phir se kahein "Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah".
Salam pherte hi aapki namaz poori ho jati hai. Agar aap teen ya chaar rakat wali namaz padh rahe hain, toh dusri rakat mein Attahiyat padhne ke baad khade ho jayein aur aage ki rakat poori karein, phir aakhiri rakat mein dobara baith kar Durood aur Dua padhein.
Namaz Mein Dhyan Lagane Aur Khushu Paane Ke Tarike
Bahut se logon ki yeh shikayat hoti hai ki namaz padhte waqt unka dhyan bhatak jata hai. Namaz mein dhyan lagana yaani Khushu paana bahut zaroori hai. Jab tak aapka dhyan Allah ki taraf nahi hoga, tab tak namaz ka asli maza nahi milega.
Dhyan lagane ke liye sabse pehle aap jo dua padh rahe hain, uska matlab samajhne ki koshish karein. Jab aapko pata hoga ki aap Allah se kya keh rahe hain, toh aapka dil namaz mein laga rahega. Saath hi, namaz jaldi jaldi mein na padhein. Har ek step ko sukoon se ada karein.

Naye Namaziyon Ke Liye Kuch Zaroori Baatein Aur Galtiyan
Jo log naye naye namaz shuru karte hain, unse aksar kuch galtiyan ho jati hain. In galtiyon se bachna zaroori hai taaki aapki namaz sahi tarike se ada ho sake. Neeche di gayi baaton ka dhyan rakhein:
- Jaldi Baazi Na Karein: Ruku aur sajde ke beech mein thodi der seedhe khade hona aur do sajdon ke beech baithna farz hai. Ismein jaldi baazi bilkul na karein.
- Aankhein Band Na Karein: Kuch log namaz mein aankhein band kar lete hain. Yeh sahi nahi hai. Aapki nazar sajda karne wali jagah par honi chahiye.
- Kapdon Ka Dhyan Rakhein: Namaz ke waqt kapde dheele hone chahiye taaki ruku aur sajda karne mein aasani ho. Kapde saaf hone chahiye.
- Aawaz Ka Balance: Agar aap akele namaz padh rahe hain, toh aawaz itni hi rakhein jo aapke kaano tak pahuche. Bahut tez chilla kar na padhein.
In chhoti-chhoti baaton ka dhyan rakh kar aap apni namaz ko behtar bana sakte hain. Shuruat mein thodi mushkil ho sakti hai, lekin dheere-dheere sab aasan ho jata hai. Allah naye sikhne walon ki koshishon ko zaroor pasand karta hai.
Namaz padhna ek aisi ibadat hai jo hume buraiyon se bachati hai aur hamare dil ko sukoon deti hai. Agar aapne abhi tak namaz shuru nahi ki hai, toh aaj hi se shuru karein. Har step ko aaram se seekhein aur rozana iska abhyas karein. Allah aapki namaz ko qubool farmaye.
