Ghar hamari sukoon ki jagah hai. Din bhar ki thakan ke baad jab hum ghar lautte hain, to hume wahan shanti chahiye hoti hai. Lekin kai baar hum dekhte hain ki ghar me dakhil hote hi ladai jhagde ya tanaav ka mahaul ban jata hai. Iska ek bada karan ye ho sakta hai ki hum ghar me dakhil hone ke Islamic tareeqe ko bhool chuke hain. Raat Ko Sone Se Pehle Ki Sunnatein Jo Sukoon Ki Neend Dengi

Aaj ke dauran me neend na aana ek bohot badi bimaari ban chuka hai. Hum raat ko bistar par lete hain par ghanto tak phone chalate rehte hain. Dimaag me hazar tarah ke khayal aate hain aur hum tanaav me rehte hain. Kya aapko pata hai ki hamare deen me sone ka bhi ek behtareen tarika bataya gaya hai? Agar aap sone se pehle ki sunnato par amal karein, to aapko na sirf sukoon ki neend aayegi balki aapki raat ibadat me shumar hogi.

Sabse pehle, sone se pehle wudu karne ki aadat dalein. Wudu karne se hamara jism aur dimaag dono shaant ho jate hain. Iske baad, apne bistar ko teen baar jhaad lein. Yeh sunnah hamari hifazat ke liye bohot zaroori hai kyunki raat me bistar par koi keeda makoda ho sakta hai jo hume nuksan pahuncha sake. Phir apni daayein karwat par letein aur apna daaya hath apne gaal ke neeche rakhein.

Sone ki duaein padhein aur Surah Ikhlas, Surah Falaq, aur Surah Naas padh kar apne hathon par phoonk kar poore jism par pher lein. Har Kaam Bismillah Se Shuru Karna: Barakah Ka Asli Raz

Hum din bhar me pata nahi kitne kaam karte hain. Hum gaadi chalate hain, laptop open karte hain, khana khate hain, kapde pehente hain, aur dukan kholte hain. Lekin in sab kaamo ko shuru karte waqt hum aksar ek bohot zaroori cheez bhool jate hain. Woh hai Allah ka naam lena. Hamare Nabi ne farmaya hai ki har wo kaam jo Allah ke naam ke bina shuru kiya jaye, wo adhoora reh jata hai aur usme barakah nahi hoti.

Bismillah padhne ka matlab hai ki aap apne kaam me Allah ki madad aur uski raza ko shamil kar rahe hain. Jab aap kisi kaam se pehle Bismillah padhte hain, to Shaitaan us kaam se door ho jata hai. Jaise agar aap khana khate waqt Bismillah padhna bhool jayein, to Shaitaan aapke sath khane me shamil ho jata hai. Lekin jab aap Bismillah padhte hain, to us khane me barakah hoti hai aur wo aapki sehat liye faydemand banta hai.

Ise apni rozana ki zindagi me kaise shamil karein? Apne ghar ke darwazo par, kitchen me, ya laptop ke paas ek chota sa reminder laga lein. Shuru me shayad aap bhool jayein, par dheere dheere ye aapki aadat ban jayega. Jab aap har chote bade kaam se pehle Bismillah padhne lagenge, to aap dekhenge ki aapke kaamo me aane wali rukawatein apne aap door ho rahi hain. Yeh ek chota sa lafz aapki poori zindagi ko aasan aur barakah se bhar sakta hai.

Wudu Ki Halat Me Rehna: Ruhani Aur Jismani Hifazat

Wudu karne se hamare jism ke wo hisse saaf hote hain jo sabse zyada dhool mitti ke sampark me aate hain. Har Haal Me Shukr Ada Karna: Alhamdulillah Ki Taqat

Hamari zindagi me shikayatein bohot zyada hoti hain. Hum hamesha is baat par dhyan dete hain ki hamare paas kya nahi hai. Kisi ke paas acchi gaadi nahi hai, kisi ke paas bada ghar nahi hai, to koi apni naukri se pareshan hai. Lekin kya humne kabhi un cheezo par dhyan diya jo Allah ne hume di hain? Hamari aankhein, hamare hath paon, khana, peena aur sar par chhat. Agar hum in sab ke liye shukr guzar banein, to hamari zindagi bilkul badal jayegi.

Quran me Allah farmata hai ki agar tum shukr ada karoge, to main tumhe aur zyada dunga. Shukr ada karne ka sabse aasan tarika hai Alhamdulillah kehna. Jab bhi aap subah uthein, to sabse pehle Allah ka shukr ada karein ki usne aapko ek aur din zinda rakha. Jab aap khana khayein, to Alhamdulillah kahein. Jab aap koi acchi khabar sunein, tab bhi Alhamdulillah kahein.

Shukr guzar hone se hamara dimaag hamesha positive sochna shuru karta hai. Hum un cheezo ki qadar karne lagte hain jo hamare paas hain. Isse hamare andar ka tanaav aur jalan ki bhavna khatam ho jati hai. Yeh ek behad pyari sunnah hai jo hamari soch ko badal deti hai. Jab aap har haal me Alhamdulillah kehna seekh jate hain, to koi bhi pareshani aapko tod nahi sakti.

Ab sawal ye uthta hai ki hum in sab aadato ko ek sath kaise shuru karein? Mera mashwara ye hoga ki aap ek hi din me sab kuch badalne ki koshish na karein. Pehle hafte me sirf ek aadat ko chunein, jaise Bismillah padhna ya ghar me dakhil hote waqt salam karna. Jab wo aapki pakki aadat ban jaye, to agle hafte doosri aadat ko shamil karein.

Dheere dheere aap dekhenge ki aapki zindagi me ek naya sukoon aur barakah aa chuki hai. Islamic knowledge sirf padhne ke liye nahi, balki apni rozana ki zindagi me utarne ke liye hai. Aaj hi se ek choti si sunnah ko apna kar is pyari shuruat ko anjam dein.
