Hum sab apni zindagi me sukoon chahte hain. Roz ki bhagdaur me hum thak jaate hain. Kya aapko pata hai ki choti choti aadatain aapki zindagi badal sakti hain? Jab hum jo seekhte hain us par amal karte hain, tabhi hamara gyan kaam aata hai.
Hume koshish karni chahiye ki hum roz kam se kam ek nayi baat seekhein. Chahe wo ek choti hadith ho, koi dua ho, ya koi sunnah ho. 1. Sone aur jagne ke pyare niyam

Sone se pehle wuzu karna ek pyari Sunnah hai. Agar aap wuzu karke sote hain, to farishte aapke liye dua karte hain. Aapko bure khwab nahi aate aur neend bhi sukoon ki aati hai. Jab hum saaf suthre hokar sote hain, to hamara jism aur dimaag dono shant rehte hain.
Sone se pehle apne bistar ko teen baar jhaadna chahiye. Isse bistar par moojud mitti ya koi kida saaf ho jata hai. Ye ek safety rule bhi hai aur Sunnah bhi hai. Iske baad Surah Ikhlas, Surah Falaq, aur Surah Naas padhein. Inhe padhkar apne hathon par fookein aur poore jism par pherein. Ye aapko har tarah ke nuksan se bachata hai. Isse aapko raat me dar nahi lagega aur aap sukoon ki neend so sakenge.

Isse muh saaf hota hai aur sehat acchi rehti hai. Subah ka waqt bahut hi barkat wala hota hai. Agar aapki shuruat acchi hogi to aapka pura din accha guzrega. Aap pure din taro taza mehsoos karenge.
2. Paani peene ka sahi aur aasan tarika
Paani peena ek aam baat hai. Hum din me kai baar paani peete hain. Lekin kya hum sahi tarike se peete hain? Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne paani peene ke kuch niyam bataye hain. Sabse pehla niyam hai ki baith kar paani piyein. Khade hokar paani peena sehat ke liye accha nahi hota hai. Science bhi ab is baat ko manti hai. Jab hum baith kar paani peete hain, to paani hamare pet me aaram se jata hai aur hamare gurdo ko nuksan nahi pahunchata.
Dusra niyam hai ki hamesha seedhe hath se paani piyein. Shaitan ulte hath se khata peeta hai. Isliye hume hamesha seedhe hath ka istemal karna chahiye. Paani peene se pehle Bismillah padhna na bhoolein. Isse paani me barkat hoti hai aur wo aapke jism ko fayda pahunchata hai. Agar aap jaldi me hain, tab bhi dhyan rakhein ki aapka hath seedha ho. Ye choti si aadat aapko badi bimariyon se bacha sakti hai.
Teesra niyam hai ki paani ko teen saans me piyein. Ek hi baar me pura glass khali na karein. Har saans ke darmiyan bartan ko muh se alag karein. Isse aapko sans lene me aasani hogi aur pet me dard nahi hoga. Paani peene ke baad Alhamdulillah kahein. Allah ka shukr ada karna hume har nemath ki qadar sikhata hai. Jab hum har ghoont par shukr ada karte hain, to hamare andar ek sukoon paida hota hai. Hume lagta hai ki hume jo mila hai wo Allah ki taraf se ek uphar hai.
3. Ghar me dakhil hote waqt salam karna
Ghar humari sabse surakshit jagah hai. Jab hum bahar se aate hain, to hum thake hote hain. Aise me jab hum ghar me dakhil ho, to sabse pehle salam karein. Apne ghar walon ko Assalamu Alaikum kahein. Iska matlab hai ki aap unki salamati ki dua kar rahe hain. Salam karne se ghar me mohabbat badhti hai. Ye aapsi rishton ko mazboot karta hai aur ghar ka mahool khushgawar banata hai.
Agar ghar me koi na ho, tab bhi salam karein. Farishte aapke salam ka jawab dete hain. Salam karne se shaitan ghar se bhag jata hai. Wo us ghar me raat nahi guzar sakta jahan Allah ka naam liya jaye. Isse ghar me barkat aati hai aur jhagde khatam hote hain. Aajkal gharon me jo aapsi jhagde hote hain, unka ek bada karan ye bhi hai ki hum salam nahi karte. Hum ghar me dakhil hote hain aur chupchap apne kamre me chale jate hain.
Bahut se log ghar aakar seedhe apne kaam me lag jate hain. Wo kisi se baat nahi karte. Ye aadat acchi nahi hai. Apne pariwar ke logon ko dekh kar muskurayein aur unka haal puchein. Ye choti si baat aapke rishton ko mazboot karegi. Aapka ghar jannat ka namuna ban jayega. Jab aap salam karenge, to bache bhi aapse seekhenge. Wo bhi ghar aakar sabse pehle salam karenge. Is tarah se poore ghar me ek acchi aadat phail jayegi.
4. Muskurana bhi ek pyaara sadqa hai
Kya aapko pata hai ki muskurana ek ibadat hai? Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) hamesha muskurate rehte the. Wo kabhi udaas ya gusse me nahi dikhte the. Unka chehra hamesha khila rehta tha. Unhone farmaya ki apne bhai ko dekh kar muskurana bhi ek sadqa hai. Sadqa dene ke liye paise ka hona zaroori nahi hai. Agar aapke paas dene ke liye kuch nahi hai, tab bhi aap ek pyaari si smile se sawab kama sakte hain.
Humari ek muskurahat kisi ka din bana sakti hai. Jab aap kisi pareshan shakhs ko dekh kar muskurate hain, to use himmat milti hai. Isse aapsi ranjishain khatam hoti hain. Gussa kam hota hai aur dosti badhti hai. Aajkal log bahut tanaav me rehte hain. Log thake hue hain aur pareshan hain. Aise me muskurana ek dawa ki tarah kaam karta hai. Ye samne wale ke sath sath aapke dimaag ko bhi shanti deta hai.
Apne doston, pariwar aur raste me milne wale logon ko dekh kar smile karein. Ye ek free ka tohfa hai jo aap kisi ko bhi de sakte hain. Isse aapke andar bhi positive energy aayegi. Aapka apna mood bhi accha ho jayega. To aaj se hi sabko dekh kar muskurane ki aadat dalein. Jab aap kisi se milein, to gusse ke bajaye muskurakar milein. Isse log aapki izzat karenge aur aapse baat karna pasand karenge. Ye bahut hi aasan aur sasta nek kaam hai.
5. Har kaam Bismillah se shuru karein
Koi bhi kaam shuru karne se pehle Bismillah Hir Rahman Nir Rahim padhna sabse badi Sunnah hai. Iska matlab hai ki Allah ke naam se jo bada meharban aur nihayat raham wala hai. Jab hum Allah ka naam lekar koi kaam shuru karte hain, to usme barkat hoti hai. Shaitan us kaam me rukawat nahi daal pata. Humara har kaam aasan ho jata hai aur hume usme kamyabi milti hai.
Chahe aap khana kha rahe ho, gaadi chala rahe ho, padhai kar rahe ho ya apna laptop on kar rahe ho. Har cheez ke shuru me Bismillah kahein. Agar aap bhool jayein, to yaad aane par Bismillahi Awwalahu Wa Akhirahu kahein. Ye bahut hi aasan aur asardaar tarika hai. Jab hum Allah ke naam se shuruat karte hain, to hamara dhyan apne kaam par lagta hai. Hume ek alag hi taqat mehsoos hoti hai aur kaam asan ho jata hai.
Jo kaam Allah ke naam ke bina shuru hota hai, wo adhura reh jata hai. Usme barkat nahi hoti hai. Isliye apne bacchon ko bhi ye aadat sikhayein. Jab wo khana khane baithein, to unhe yaad dilayein. Jab wo padhne baithein, to unhe kahein ki pehle Bismillah padhein. Isse unki zindagi me barkat aayegi. Unhe bachpan se hi Allah par bharosa karna aa jayega. Ye ek aisi aadat hai jo unhe har mushkil se bachayegi.
In pyari aadaton ko apni zindagi ka hissa kaise banayein?
Nayi aadatain banana aasan nahi hota hai. Hum aksar bhool jaate hain. Lekin agar hum thodi koshish karein, to ye aasan ho jata hai. Sabse pehle kisi ek aadat ko chunein. Jaise ki paani peene ka tarika. Ek hafte tak sirf is baat par dhyan dein ki aap baith kar aur seedhe hath se paani piyein. Jab aapko lage ki ye aapki pakki aadat ban gayi hai, tab hi agli aadat par badhein. Ek sath sab karne ki koshish karenge to mushkil hogi.
Apne ghar me jagah jagah chhote notes laga sakte hain. Jaise darwaze par salam karne ka note lagayein. Fridge par paani peene ka note lagayein. Bistar ke paas sone ki dua ka note lagayein. Ye notes aapko yaad dilane me madad karenge. Aaj ke samay me hum mobile me alarms ya reminders bhi set kar sakte hain. Isse hume sahi waqt par yaad aa jayega ki hume kya karna hai. Ye chote chote badlaaw aapko badi kamyabi dilayenge.
Apne doston aur pariwar ko bhi isme shamil karein. Ek dusre ko yaad dilayein. Jab aap kisi ko sunnah par amal karte dekhenge, to aapko bhi shauk paida hoga. Is tarah aapka pura ghar ek behtareen islami mahool me badal jayega. Ye ek bht hi pyara tarika hai apni zindagi ko sudharne ka. Jab pura ghar ek sath koshish karta hai, to sabka hausla badhta hai. Aapsi pyar bhi badhta hai aur ghar me sukoon aata hai.
Deen par chalna aasan hai
Zindagi me bade badlaaw ek din me nahi aate hain. Chote chote qadam hi hume badi manjil tak pahunchate hain. Islam hume yahi sikhata hai. Allah ko wo nek kaam sabse zyada pasand hain jo thode ho lekin lagatar kiye jayein. Agar aap roz sirf ek Sunnah par bhi sahi se amal karein, to saal me aap bahut saari sunnaton ke aadi ho jayenge. Aapki puri dincharya badal jayegi aur aapko sukoon milega.
In choti aadaton se aapka akhlaq accha hoga. Log aapko pasand karenge. Aapki sehat acchi rahegi aur aapka dimag shant rahega. Sabse badi baat ye hai ki aap Allah ke kareeb ho jayenge. Jab aapka har kaam Sunnah ke mutabiq hoga, to aapka pura din ibadat me guzrega. Aap sote hue bhi sawab kama rahe honge. Isse behtar aur kya ho sakta hai? Aapki roz ki thakawat bhi sawab me badal jayegi.
Isliye aaj se hi faisla karein. Kisi ek Sunnah ko pakad lein aur us par amal shuru karein. Apni niyat ko saaf rakhein. Allah se madad mangein. Wo zaroor aapke liye raaste aasan karega. Choti choti koshishon se hi hum bade mukam tak pahunch sakte hain. Apne doston ko bhi iske baare me batayein taaki unhe bhi iska sawab mile.
Umeed hai ki aapko ye jankari pasand aayi hogi. Aap aaj hi se inme se koi ek aadat shuru karne ki koshish karein. Shuruaat hamesha choti hoti hai lekin iska asar bahut bada hota hai. Allah hum sabko hamare Pyare Nabi ki sunnaton par chalne ki taufiq ata farmaye. Ameen.
